How it works

1. Place your order (choose size)
2. You will receive a form where you'll tell us your idea and send reference material if needed
3. We'll respond to confirm the design direction
   
4. Designs are finalized and approved by you before glass cutting begins
5. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.

Shipping is included in the price.

Please Note

• Designs are adapted for glass (not 1:1 copies of your images)
• Turnaround depends on size and queue (usually 1-2 weeks)
• Contains lead (standard for stained glass)

Custom Work Policy

Design work starts after your order is placed.

• If you cancel before glass cutting begins, you’ll be refunded minus a 15% design fee (covers pattern creation and planning).
• Once glass is cut, the piece is considered in production and is no longer refundable.

If a project is canceled after design, I retain the right to reuse or sell the pattern.

Design Rights

I retain the right to reuse and sell patterns created during custom work. If you want your design to remain exclusive, that can be arranged.
