Casting
Dream Traveler Studios is producing a series of promotional videos for our upcoming projects and community. We're looking for tabletop gamers, performers, and fans to help bring it to life.
What We're Looking For
We're casting for a variety of roles across several promotional projects. Whether you're a lifelong gamer, a charismatic speaker, or love slipping into character - we want to hear from you.
Roles & Compensation Tiers:
Type of Work | Description | Compensation |
Casual Gameplay | Video chat footage, short video calls, or sitting at a table playing a game | $30 per 1-2 hr session |
Character Acting | Scripted lines, emotional delivery, possibly light costume, filmed remotely or in studio | $50 per 1-2 hr session |
Location Shoots | Filmed in-person at pre-arranged locations, could involve props, costume, light movement | $65 per 1-3 hr session. Travel arrangements vary by project. |
Who Should Apply
- D&D / TTRPG players of any experience level
- Content creators or streamers
- Cosplayers, actors, and performers
- Real people with interesting faces, voices, or energy
- You. Probably.
What You’ll Get

- A chance to shape the face of a growing game studio
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Must sign a standard media release and contract
- Must have access to decent lighting and a clean background (for video chat roles)
- Must be ok with commercial use of your image/video/audio
- We may ask for simple costume pieces for character roles (we’ll cover it if needed)

- Your name
- Contact info (email + phone)
- Headshot or recent photo (nothing fancy)
- A short video or voice clip (optional but preferred if applying for lead or speaking roles)
- Tell us what role(s) you’re open to (Casual, Character, Location)
Deadlines
We're accepting applications on a rolling basis, but early submissions will be prioritized. Don’t wait.
Legal
- All roles are paid flat-rate contract roles.
- Payment made via PayPal or Venmo within 72 hours of shoot completion.
- Dream Traveler Studios retains the right to use submitted footage for marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity, with contributor acknowledgment.
This is a grassroots project, not a union or SAG production.
